About This Service

If we receive a call about your healthcare facility about a patient or family member's concern, we want to be sure they have access to someone who understands their needs about patient and family participation for safe, quality care.

For this reason, we always ask the caller if they want to speak to someone at the facility where the event happened. We would like to give them a contact name and number for considerate and appropriate care.
